Brake booster pressure sensor G294 , removing and installing

Removing

Remove plenum chamber cover.
Pull electrical connector out downward.

Remove bolts - arrows -.

NOTE:

The pressure sensor may be secured with clips on some versions.

Disconnect brake system vacuum pump V192 from non-return valve as shown in illustration.
- 1 - Brake booster
- 2 - Vacuum line
- 3 - Hose clamp

- 4 - Pressure sensor
- 5 - Check valve
Remove pressure sensor.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal.
