Pedal cluster - RHD vehicles, assembly overview

1 - Mounting bracket

Removing and installing → Master cylinder, removing and installing

2 - Washer

3 - Brake pedal

Maintenance-free bearing, do not grease

4 - Hex socket head bolt -5 Nm-

For securing the bearing sleeve

5 - Hex socket head bolt -25 Nm-

6 - Clutch pedal switch F36

Only install one time
Replace

7 - Bearing sleeve

Check for freedom of movement in clutch pedal

8 - Clutch pedal

Removing and installing → Master cylinder, removing and installing

9 - Retaining clip

10 - Hex socket head bolt, 20 Nm

11 - Master cylinder

Removing and installing → Master cylinder, removing and installing
Gasket - arrow - must not be removed

12 - Over-center spring

Removing and installing → Over-center spring, removing and installing

13 - Bolt -22 Nm-

Self-locking
Replace

14 - Lever

Pin only fits in one position

15 - Washer

16 - Mounting

For over-center spring

17 - Torx bolt, 25Nm

For securing brake master cylinder/brake servo to mounting bracket

18 - Bolt, 25 Nm
