1 - Bearing housing 

• Disassembling and assembling. Refer to Bearing housing, disassembling and assembling 

2 - Bolt, 25 Nm 

• 6 pieces

3 - Dished washer 

• Installation position: Large diameter (concave side) facing shims

4 - Washer 

• Qty. 2 or 3
• Re-determining thickness. Refer to Figure

5 - Oil collector 

• Disassembling and assembling. Refer to Figure
• Removing. Refer to Figure

6 - Multi-point socket head bolt, 150 Nm 

• Loosening. Refer to Figure
• Tightening. Refer to Figure

7 - 2nd inner race for four-point bearing 

• Roller bearing side
• Pulling off. Refer to Figure
• Driving on. Refer to Figure

8 - Spring 

9 - Torsen differential 

• Servicing only possible at manufacturer
• Servicing mount for Torsen differential. Refer to Mount for Torsen differential, servicing

10 - Bolt, 25 Nm 

• 5 pieces

11 - End cover 

• Servicing. Refer to End cover, servicing 

12 - Gasket 

• Always replace

13 - Dowel sleeve 

• 2 pieces

14 - Manual transmission 

• Removing and installing 5th and 6th gear. Refer to 5th and 6th gear, removing and installing 
• Removing and installing input shaft, drive pinion, hollow shaft and shift mechanism in transmission. Refer to Input shaft, drive pinion, hollow shaft and shift lever mechanism in transmission, removing and installing 

15 - Oil drain plug, 40 Nm

16 - Solenoid 

• 2 pieces
• Clean

17 - Supporting plate 

• Installation position: Lug faces magnet
