Headrest guides with insertion lock, removing and installing

Removing

Push release button - 2 - in - direction of arrow A - and pull headrest - 1 - upward as far as possible - arrow B -, keep release button pushed while doing so.

Press release button - 2 - on headrest - 1 - until stop - arrow -.
Slide headrest down completely on rods, release button on headrest must be kept pressed while doing so.
Remove headrest completely from headrest guides.

NOTE:

For clarity, headrest guide is depicted as removed.

Insert an upholstery needle or screwdriver - 3 - (max. width 2 mm) into hole - 4 - (it is located across from retaining clip for headrest guide).
Disengage catch - 2 - of headrest guide - 1 - in - direction of arrow B -, press screwdriver - 3 - in - direction of arrow A - to do so.
Remove headrest guide.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.
