Hydraulic System, Filling And Bleeding: Bleeding

NOTE:

Hydraulic system is self-bleeding. The system is bled after opening and closing the convertible top several times.

-- Start the engine.

-- Open and close the convertible top five times using the electro-hydraulic actuator.

The convertible top must move smoothly and without jerking.

-- Check fluid level in reservoir -2- with the roof closed.

Oil level must be between "MIN" and "MAX" markings.

NOTE:

It is necessary to bleed the convertible top hydraulics each time the hydraulic fluid is filled due to repeated operation.

-- Install the left luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANELS .
