Hydraulic Pump Motor, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the hydraulic pump. Refer to HYDRAULIC UNIT (HYDRAULIC PUMP), REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Before removing, place a cloth or a collector tray under the pump to catch any hydraulic fluid that may leak out.

-- Open and close the fluid filler plug one time to equalize the pressure.

-- Hold the pump and the motor vertically for a few minutes to drain out all the hydraulic fluid into the fluid reservoir.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
