Hydraulic Pump Fluid Reservoir, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - HYDRAULIC SYSTEM .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the Parts Information.

CAUTION:

Pay attention to the installed position.

If the fluid reservoir is replaced, make sure the fluid filler plug is exactly vertical and in the center of the valve block.
Only then are the >>MIN<< and >>MAX<< marks correct.

-- Install the oil reservoir by lightly turning it onto the valve block.

-- Install the hydraulic pump. Refer to HYDRAULIC UNIT (HYDRAULIC PUMP), REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Check the fluid level and fill with fluid if necessary. Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
