Center Convertible Top Seal, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Open the convertible top until the displayed position of the top and the convertible top compartment cover is reached.

-- With the ignition switched off, press the Power Top Operation Switch -E137- -1- for approximately five seconds.

The pressure in the hydraulic system will come down.

-- Bring the convertible top into the illustrated position.

-- Remove the upper section -2- of the center seal from the retaining strip -4-.

-- Remove the lower section -1- of the exterior center seal starting on the sides and finally from out of the positioning clips -3- -arrow-.
