Removing Cylinder Bank 2 (Left)

NOTE:

There are different coolant reservoirs installed.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- from the coolant reservoir.

-- Disconnect the connector for the Engine Coolant Level Warning Switch -F66- on the bottom of the coolant reservoir and move the coolant reservoir to the side with the coolant hoses -1 through 3- still connected.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- from the coolant reservoir.

-- Disconnect the connector for the Engine Coolant Level Warning Switch -F66- on the bottom of the coolant reservoir and move the reservoir with the coolant hoses still connected -1- and -2- to the side.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- from the connector strip.

-- Push the connector toward the ignition coil, open the lock by hand and connect the connector to the ignition coils.

-- Move the wiring harness slightly down.

NOTE:

Ignore items -1 through 3-.

Continuation for Both Sides

-- Place the Ignition Coil Puller:T40039 only on the top thick rib -arrow- and pull the ignition coils one after the other off the spark plugs.

-- Remove the spark plugs with the Spark Plug Removal Tool:VAS 3122B .
