Cleaning And Lubricating The Locking Hook

-- Move the convertible top into the position shown.

-- Remove any remaining lubricant and contaminates from the locking hooks with a lint-free cloth.

-- Apply the lubricant G 060 751 A2 with a commercially available paint brush in the marked positions -arrow- on the locking hooks.

-- Remove any excess lubricant from the locking hooks with a lint-free cloth.

-- Repeat the process for the opening on the opposite side of the vehicle.

-- Open and close the convertible top completely and check for any remaining grease one more time.
