Actuator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the lock cylinder. Refer to LOCK CYLINDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- If equipped, remove the Rearview Camera -R189- -item 2-. Refer to REARVIEW CAMERA SYSTEM .
-- Remove the cap nuts -5 and 7-.
-- Unscrew the cap nuts -8 and 4- and remove them together with the anti-theft protection.
-- Disconnect the connector -6- on the Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234- -3-.
-- Squeeze the locking springs -1- on the license plate lamp housing together -arrow- and remove the grip piece downward and out of the opening in the body.
