Left/Right Position Lamp Bulb -M1- / -M3-, Removing And Installing, Halogen Headlamps: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:

-- Insert the new bulb into the socket without touching the bulb with bare hands.

-- Push socket into reflector until it engages noticeably.

-- Close the housing cover and secure it the spring clip.

-- Install the headlamp housing. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, HALOGEN HEADLAMP .

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal.Note The Following:

-- Insert the new bulb past the resistance of the spring clips into the housing and connect to the connector. This way the glass bulb is not touched with bare hands.

-- Close the housing cover -1-. When doing this, the strap -3- must align with the mark -2- on the headlamp housing.

-- On the right: install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER [CAEB, CPMA] / AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] or AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CAEB, CPMA] .
