Left/Right Hid Headlamp Bulb -L13- / -L14-, Removing And Installing, Hid Headlamps : Removing

-- Remove the headlamp housing. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, HID HEADLAMP .

-- Release spring clip -arrow- and remove gas discharge lamp housing cover -1- from headlamp housing.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Turn the locking ring -3- in the direction of the -arrow- and remove the HID bulb -2-.

-- Audi A5 on the right: remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER [CAEB, CPMA] / AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] or AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] / AIR FILTER OVERVIEW [CAEB, CPMA] .

-- Audi RS 5 on the right side: Disconnect the connector -3- on the Engine Coolant Level Warning Switch -F66-.

-- Remove the nut -2- and then remove the coolant expansion tank and lay it aside with the coolant hoses -1 and 4- connected.

-- Remove the housing cover -1- from the headlamp housing -arrow-.

-- Rotate the HID bulb -2- in the direction of the -arrow- and remove it from the housing.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
