Release Cable, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear seat backrest lock. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the rear seat backrest release lever. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST LOCKING MECHANISM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the guide rail screws -3 and 4-.

NOTE:

Push The Variable Convertible Top Compartment Enclosure Slightly Downward And Remove The Screw -3- From The Inside Of The Convertible Top Compartment.

-- Remove the release cable -1- from the brackets -arrows-.
