Seat Height Adjustment, Removing And Installing, Manual Standard Seat/Sport Seat: Removing

- Follow all safety precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
- Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, disconnecting the connector), the person handling it must "discharge static electricity". For example, this can be done by briefly touching the door striker.
-- Remove The Front Seat:
- Standard seat and sport seat (manual). Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MANUAL .
-- Attach the front seat to the :VAS6136 . Refer to FRONT SEAT, MOUNTING ON FIXTURE FOR SEAT REPAIR .
-- Remove the sill-side trim. Refer to SILL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MANUAL STANDARD/SPORT SEATS .
-- Remove the bolts -2-.
-- Remove the seat height adjustment lever -1-.
-- Remove the lock washer -1-.
NOTE:
The bolts -1- and the bolt -3- are different lengths.
-- Remove the bolts -1 and 3-.
-- Remove the seat height adjuster -2-.
