Entry Assistance Handle With Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the entry assistance trim. Refer to ENTRY ASSISTANCE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, POWER .

-- Remove the cover with the front backrest padding. Refer to BACKREST COVER AND CUSHION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, STANDARD/SPORT SEAT .

-- Disengage the connecting cable. Refer to ENTRY ASSISTANCE CONNECTING CABLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Press the handle -arrow- forward until it stops and hold it in that position.

-- Remove the screws -1-.

-- Remove the handle with bracket -2- from the backrest frame entry assistance support plate.

-- Disengage the straps -arrows A- on the backrest frame.
