Seat Heating Element, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Align the new bench seat heating element on the cushion.

CAUTION:

Make sure the new bench seat heating element is bonded in the same position as the old heating element.
Remove the protective films in the bonding sequence for the heating element area.
When removing the protective films, make sure the heating element is not damaged and that it is attached without wrinkles.

-- Begin bonding in the center area -B- of the bench seat heating element -3-.

-- Then bond the upper area -C-.

-- Route the connecting wires to the individual heating surfaces in the base of the gaps -arrows- without crossing.

-- Bond the rear area -A- of the heating surface.

-- Pull the wire -1- through the slit in cushion -2-.

Further installation is the reverse order of removal.
