Driver/Front Passenger Seat Heating Element -Z6- / -Z8-, Removing And Installing, Sport Seat: Installing

-- Align the new seat heating element on the cushion.

CAUTION:

Make sure the new seat heating element is affixed to the old heating element.
Remove the protective films in the bonding sequence for the heating element area.
When removing the protective films, make sure the heating element is not damaged and that it is attached without wrinkles.

-- Bond the separate areas of the seat heating element -1- in sequence -E, D, A and C-.

-- Bond the bolsters areas -B- last.

-- Route the connecting wires to the individual heating surfaces in the base of the gaps -arrows-.

-- Pull the wire -2- through the slit in the cushion -3-.

Further installation is the reverse order of removal.
