Hydraulic Oil Cooler, Vehicles With Dynamic Steering: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- The markings -2- on the hose line must point upward in the 12 o'clock position.

CAUTION:

When attaching the hose lines -1-, counterhold on the pipe lines -4-.

-- Top off hydraulic oil.

-- Clean any oiled places.

-- Bleed the steering. Refer to STEERING, BLEEDING AFTER REPLACING .

-- Check power steering fluid level. Refer to POWER STEERING FLUID LEVEL, CHECKING .

-- Check all open line connections for leaks. Refer to STEERING, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .

-- Install The Front Lock Carrier Cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate to the model. Refer to the Parts Information.
