Overview - Bulkhead

Bolt
- 7 Nm
Lock Washer
- When installing, simply press the plenum chamber bulkhead onto the threaded pins.
Insulation
- The lock washer secures the insulation to the plenum chamber bulkhead.
Nut
- 7 Nm
Plenum Chamber Bulkhead
NOTE:
Note the different versions when removing.
- Before Removing:
  -- Remove The Tower Brace. Refer to TOWER BRACE .
  
  -- Loosen the washer fluid reservoir.
  
  -- Disconnect the vacuum line to the brake booster at the connection to the plenum chamber bulkhead.
  
  -- Unclip the vacuum line from the plenum chamber bulkhead.
  
  -- Disconnect Or Unclip The Coolant Lines That Are Routed Through The Plenum Chamber Bulkhead. Refer to CONNECTION DIAGRAM - COOLANT HOSES .
- To remove, remove the bolts -1- and nut -4-.
Seal
- Install the seal from underneath.
Plenum Chamber
Edge Protection
- Slide the edge protection onto the tab on the plenum chamber bulkhead.
