Check Valve, Removing And Installing, RS 5: Removing

-- Open the hose clamp on the vacuum hose using suitable pliers.
-- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pump.
-- Remove the vacuum hose on the left and right of the check valve -3-.
CAUTION:
Be careful not to kink or damage the vacuum hose. Replace the vacuum hose if damaged.
-- Remove the check valve from the vehicle.
