Brake Rotor, Replacing, 1LM: Removing

-- Raise The Vehicle.

-- Remove the wheels.

-- Remove the brake pads. Refer to BRAKE PADS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LM .

-- Remove the brake caliper. Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LM .

Mount the brake caliper on the vehicle using a suitable wire. Do not support the weight on the brake caliper with the brake hose.

-- Remove the bolt -1- from the brake rotor.

-- Remove the brake rotor from the wheel hub.

NOTE:

When removing the brake rotor from the wheel hub, do not tilt the brake rotor.
