Removing

-- Remove the seat. Refer to SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the seat belt latch. Refer to FRONT SEAT BELT LATCHES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the tunnel-side trim. Refer to TUNNEL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the sill-side trim. Refer to SILL-SIDE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the drawer. Refer to DRAWER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bracket for the sill-side trim. Refer to SILL-SIDE TRIM BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the seat height adjustment operating lever for vehicles with manual seat height adjustment, refer toMANUAL SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT LEVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the 2 clip connections -arrows- on the bottom of the seat frame.

-- Detach the front and side profiles -arrows- of the cover from the seat frame.

-- Detach the 2 profiles on the left side.

-- Detach the rear profile -1- from the mount in the seat frame.

-- In vehicles with a seat heater, pay attention to the routing of the wiring harness -2- .

-- Remove the cover and the cushion from the seat frame.

-- Detach the rear edge of the cushion -1- from the cover.

-- Pull the tension straps -2- off of the cushion.

-- Roll up the cover -3- on the sides.

-- In the front vertical cushion channels, cut each upholstery clip and roll up the profile -1- with the cover.

-- Cut the upholstery clips in the cushion channel -arrows- and detach the cover from the cushion.

-- Cut the remaining upholstery clips.
