Cylinder Head Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Apply some Sealant:D 454 300 A2 to the places indicated on the cover -arrows-.

-- Install the cylinder head cover and tighten the bolts evenly starting on the inside and working toward the outside -1 to 17-.

Install in reverse order of removal, Note The Following:

NOTE:

Replace the cylinder head cover if it is damaged or if there are leaks.

First bolt intake manifold to cylinder head. Then tighten both bolts of intake manifold support.

Make sure the fuel hoses are secure.

-- Fill the coolant, if necessary. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
