Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification And Sequence

NOTE:
Replace any bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.
Install the bolts with locking compound; Locking compound.
-- Tighten The Bolts In 3 Steps As Follows:
