Camshaft Adjuster for Exhaust Camshaft
- Identification "Exhaust"
- Removing and installing. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 80 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace
Bolt
- 80 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace
Camshaft Adjuster for Intake Camshaft
- Identification "Intake"
- Removing and installing. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Left Camshaft Timing Chain
- Remove from the camshafts. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING FROM CAMSHAFTS .
- Before removing, mark the direction of rotation with paint
- Removing and installing. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 5 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace
Glide
Left Camshaft Timing Chain Tensioner
- Removing and installing. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Oil Screen
- Set into the chain tensioner
- Observe locating tabs on circumference
Seal
- Always replace
- Clipped onto the chain tensioner
Mounting Bracket for Drive Sprocket
Bolt
- Tightening Specification -item ) OVERVIEW - TIMING MECHANISM DRIVE CHAIN - Bolt.

Drive Chain Sprocket Thrust Washer
