Inner Tail Lamps, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:

Tightening Specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - REAR LID TAIL LAMPS .

NOTE:

Make Sure The Seal Between The Body And Tail Lamp Housing Seals Correctly.

-- Position the inner tail lamp on the outer edge of the rear lid.

-- Slide the small clamping bracket -4- onto the threaded pins on the inner tail lamp and install the nut -5- loosely.

-- Slide the large clamping bracket -3- onto the inner tail lamp threaded pins. The centering pins -2- and -6- must engage in the mounts.

-- Tighten the nuts -1- and -5- by hand.

NOTE:

When Tightening The Nuts, The Clamping Bracket Wedges Itself Onto The Rear Lid -Arrows-.
