Headlamp, Removing And Installing, Halogen Headlamps, From 11/2008: Removing

-- Turn the light switch to position "0".

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Do not operate the headlamp flasher.

-- Remove The Lock Carrier Cover. Refer To LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING / OVERVIEW - LOCK CARRIER .

-- Disconnect the connector -4-.

-- Remove the bolts -2- and -5-.

-- Loosen the lower bolt -3- on the headlamp housing using a long wrench.

NOTE:

Disregard -items 6 and 7-.

-- Remove headlamp -1- toward the front and out of the body.
