   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.

   • Replace after removing
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.

    • 8 Nm
11. Intake Manifold with Charge Air Cooler
    • The intake manifold with charge air cooler are one unit.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
13. Charge Air Temperature Sensor after Charge Air Cooler -G811-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • 22 Nm
14. Seal
    • Replace after removing
15. Connection
    • For the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
16. Charge Air Temperature Sensor In Front of Charge Air Cooler -G810-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • 22 Nm
17. Bolt

18. Coolant Pipe

    • With Throttle Position Sensor -G69-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
23. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
24. Air Duct Pipe
25. Bolt
    • Tightening specification -item : Bolt .
26. Bracket
    • For the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
27. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
28. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.

TIP:

When installing the bracket for the intake manifold or the throttle valve control module, make sure that the respective bracket is not installed under tension.
