Auxiliary Radiator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION / NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the air duct -1- in direction of -arrows-.

NOTE:

Place a cloth underneath to catch any leaking coolant.

-- Clamp off the coolant hoses -1- with the :3094 .

-- Loosen the clamps and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Free up the coolant hoses from the bracket, to do so open the retainers in direction of -A arrows- and remove in direction of -B arrows-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and remove the auxiliary radiator -1- with the bracket.

-- Disconnect the air duct -1- in direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolts -4- and remove the auxiliary radiator -2- from the bracket -3- upward.
