Overview - Turbocharger

- Banjo Bolt
- 30 Nm
- Tighten the banjo bolt using a commercially available 27 mm open end wrench and a corresponding torque wrench.
- Oil Supply Line
- Check for flow
- Before installing, fill the turbocharger with engine oil at the oil supply line connection

- After replacing components, perform the necessary adaptations using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to PERFORM ADAPTATIONS AFTER COMPONENT REPLACEMENT .

- Lubricate the exhaust manifold stud bolts with Hot Bolt Paste.
- If the stud bolts are replaced with it tighten these to 15 Nm

Emissions Control Module Bracket - Tightening Specifications and Tightening Sequence
-- Bring the bracket into the installed position.
-- Tighten the bolts in steps according to the sequence:
