Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Unclip and remove the air duct lower section -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Loosen the clamp -2-, and remove the air guide pipe -1-.

Vehicles with All Engine Codes CRUA and DEJA:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the coolant hoses -1 and 4- with :3094  .

-- To catch escaping coolant place a clean cloth under the separation point.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2 and 3- and remove the coolant hoses.

Vehicles With Engine Codes CRUA & DEJA:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the coolant hoses -1 and 5- with :3094  .

-- To catch escaping coolant place a clean cloth under the separation point.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -2, 3 and 4- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolt -3-.

-- Disconnect the connectors:

2  - For Charge Air Temperature Sensor In Front Of Charge Air Cooler -G810-

3  - For Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-

-- Loosen the clamp -4- and remove the air guide hose.

-- Remove the bolts -1-, and remove the connection with the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-.
