- Always replace after removing.
Nut
- Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Always replace after removing.
- Coat the exhaust manifold stud bolts with hot bolt paste. Refer to the parts information for the hot bolt paste.
Bolt
- 35 Nm
Seal
- Replace after removing.
Coolant Return Line
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Turbocharger
- Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bracket
Bolt
- 30 Nm
- Coat the bolt with hot bolt paste. Refer to the parts information for the hot bolt paste.
Bolt
- 30 Nm
- Coat the bolt with hot bolt paste. Refer to the parts information for the hot bolt paste.
Nut
- 30 Nm
- Always replace after removing.
- Do not open when removing the turbocharger
- Coat the exhaust manifold stud bolts with hot bolt paste. Refer to the parts information for the hot bolt paste.
