Sealing Flange, Removing And Installing, Transmission Side: Removing

• The transmission is removed.

-- Remove the dual mass flywheel. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING . Or drive plate removed. Refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 8-. (There is also equipment with only six bolts depending on the version).

-- Loosen the sealing flange from the bond.
