1. O-Ring
   • Always replace
   • Coat with High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and insert
2. All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to All Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING GENERATION V .
3. Bolts
   • 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
   • Quantity: 2
4. Flange/Driveshaft Seal

   Replacing. Refer to DRIVESHAFT FLANGE SEAL, REPLACING .

5. Flange/Driveshaft
   • Removing and installing. Refer to DRIVESHAFT FLANGE SEAL, REPLACING .
6. Nut
   • 210 Nm
   • Always replace
   • Secure using Locking Compound: D 000 600  .
7. Bolts
   • 50 Nm
   • Quantity: 4
8. All Wheel Drive Clutch Housing
   • All wheel drive clutch, removing and installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. O-Ring
   • Always replace
   • Diameter 43.5 mm
   • Quantity: 2
   • For All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
   • Coat with High Performance All Wheel Drive Clutch Oil and insert
10. All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, GENERATION V .
11. Bolt
    • 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
    • Quantity: 2
12. Rear Final Drive
    • Removing and installing. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
