Installation [08/2013 - ]

HINT: 

• Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
• The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
   WARNING:

   • The nuts must not be reused.
   • Make sure that the front seatback frame sub-assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
   1. Install the front seat airbag assembly with 2 new nuts.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

   2. Engage the 2 clamps.
2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 23
3. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL COVER (w/ Climate Control Seat System)  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 24
4. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 25
5. CONNECT FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
   1. w/o Seat Heater System:
      1. Engage the 2 clamps.
   2. w/ Seat Heater System:
      1. Engage the 3 clamps.
      2. Connect the connector.
6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 30
7. INSTALL FRONT POWER ADJUSTER SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 37
8. INSTALL FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 38
9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 42
10. CONNECT FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    w/o Foot Light: Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 44

    w/ Foot Light: Refer to REASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ] - Step 45

11. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side with Power Seat Switch Assembly)  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 1
12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ]

13. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK 

    Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2013 - ]
