Inspection [08/2013 - ]

  1. INSPECT STEERING HEATER SWITCH (COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Remove the steering heater switch (combination switch assembly). Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] .

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      9 (IG) - 3 (IN) Steering heater switch (combination switch assembly) is pushed Below 1 Ω
      9 (IG) - 3 (IN) Steering heater switch (combination switch assembly) is not pushed 10 kΩ or higher
