Pinpoint Test X : The SELECTABLE Drive Mode Display Is Inoperative

- X1 VERIFY THE IPC (INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER) DISPLAY SCREEN CHANGES WHEN SELECTING A DRIVE MODE
- Ignition ON.

NOTE: The drive mode selections can be found in the Owner's Literature.
Using the drive mode selector switch, change the drive mode while observing the IPC display screen.
Does the IPC display change to indicate the newly selected drive mode?
Yes The selectable drive mode display is operating correctly at this time. No GO to X2 - X2 PERFORM THE TCCM (TRANSFER CASE CONTROL MODULE) SELF-TEST
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the TCCM self-test.
- Check for recorded Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
Are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes REFER to the appropriate Manual Transmission, Clutch, Transfer Case and Power Transfer Unit article. No GO to X3 - X3 PERFORM THE ABS (ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM) MODULE SELF-TEST
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the ABS module self-test.
- Check for recorded Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
Are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes REFER to:Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and Stability Control . No GO to X4 - X4 CHECK THE GWM (GATEWAY MODULE A) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, check the GWM Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Codes (CMDTCs).
Are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
Yes REFER to: Communications Network . No Refer to IPC GUIDED ROUTINE TESTING -- NAVIGATOR .
