DTC Check / Clear [08/2013 - ]

  1. CHECK DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus:
      1. Body Electrical / Pre-Collision / Trouble Codes.
      2. Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check the details of the DTC(s). Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [08/2013 - ] .

    HINT: 

    As the driving support ECU assembly and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to check the Pre-Collision and Pre-Collision 2 DTCs.

  2. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus:
      1. Body Electrical / Pre-Collision / Trouble Codes.
      2. Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
    5. Clear the DTCs.

    HINT: 

    As the driving support ECU assembly and seat belt control ECU both store DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to clear the Pre-Collision and Pre-Collision 2 DTCs.
