Green And Red Indicators Do Not Come On When IG-On [08/2013 - ]: Procedure

HEALTH CHECK

Turn the power switch off.
Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
Turn the Techstream on.

Perform "Health Check" using the Techstream and check that Telematics (Safety Connect) is listed on "Health Check Result". Refer to HEALTH CHECK [08/2013 - ] .

Result

"Telematics" is displayed on the Techstream.	A
"Telematics" is not displayed on the Techstream.	B

CHECK DTC

Turn the power switch off.
Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
Turn the Techstream on.

Check current DTC and history DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2013 - ] .
