DTC B15C4: Airbag Signal Malfunction/Not Input [08/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the power switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Check the DTC of "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2013 - ] .

1. Remove the DCM (Telematics Transceiver) but do not disconnect the connectors. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] .

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

1. Disconnect the H101 DCM (Telematics Transceiver) connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   H101-24 (GSW) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG → See step   7 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Replace the DCM (Telematics Transceiver). Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] .
   NOTE:

   • The power switch must be off.
   • Do not replace the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.

1. Perform "PRL UPDATE". Refer to PRL UPDATE [08/2013 - ] .

1. Disconnect the H101 DCM (Telematics Transceiver) connector.
2. Disconnect the H36 airbag sensor connector. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] .
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
