  1. Cylinder Head Gasket
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Installed position: The part number faces the cylinder head
    • Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
  2. Alignment Pin
    • Quantity: 2
  3. Cylinder Head
  4. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Figure.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Loosening. Refer to Figure.
  5. Heat Shield
  6. Bolt
    • First tightening 5 Nm
    • Second tightening 9 Nm
  7. O-ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant
  8. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  9. Connection
    • For coolant hose
  10. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications and sequence. Refer to Figure.
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Loosening. Refer to Figure.
  11. O-ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant
  12. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  13. Connection
    • For coolant hose
  14. Engine Lifting Eye
  15. Bolt
    • 10 Nm + 90°
    • Always replace after removing.
  16. Partition Plate
  17. Engine Lifting Eye
  18. Bolt
    • 10 Nm + 90°
    • Always replace after removing.
