Timing Chain Cover, Removing And Installing, Engine With One Camshaft Adjuster: Removing

Depending on the model preliminary work may be required. Refer to TIMING CHAIN COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC, & CYFB] .

-- Remove the Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205-. Refer to CAMSHAFT ADJUSTMENT VALVE 1 -N205-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the clip -2- for the wiring harness.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Unclip the oil dipstick tube from the upper timing chain cover in direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 6- and the upper timing chain cover.

-- If necessary, remove the bolts -3 and 5-.
