1. Connection
2. O-ring
   • Replace after removing.
   • Coat with coolant
3. Bolt
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to THERMOSTAT - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .
4. Centering Pin
5. Seal
   • Replace after removing.
6. Seal
   • Replace after removing.
7. Coolant Pump
   • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
8. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT .
9. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT .
10. Toothed Belt
    • For the coolant pump
    • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Toothed Belt Guard
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT .
13. Toothed Belt Sprocket
    • Note the installation position
14. Seal
    • For the intake side balance shaft
    • Replacing. Refer to BALANCE SHAFT .
15. Balance Shaft
16. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
17. Connection
18. Coolant Thermostat
    • Removing and installing. Refer to THERMOSTAT - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .
19. O-ring
    • Replace after removing.
20. Coolant Thermostat Housing
    • Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT THERMOSTAT HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
