1. Fuel Delivery Unit
   • With Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
   • With integrated fuel filter, the fuel filter cannot be replaced individually
   • Check the electric fuel pump. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE (AWD) .
   • It must be ensured that at least 5 liters of fuel are in the fuel tank after installing the fuel delivery unit.
2. Fuel Level Sensor -G-
   • Checking the resistance values. Refer to FUEL GAUGE SENSOR -G-, CHECKING, VEHICLES WITH AWD .
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENSOR -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Seal
   • Always replace after removing
   • Install dry
4. Fuel Line to Parking Heater Metering Pump
   • Removing and installing. Refer to the appropriate service information.
5. Connector
   • For Fuel Level Sensor -G- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
   • Pull on the connector to make sure it is locked secure.
6. Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
   • Check. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE -J538-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM .
7. Wiring set
   • For Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
   • Pull on the connector to make sure it is locked secure.
8. Fuel Line
   • To the engine
   • Do not kink
   • Connector coupling, separating and connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
9. Locking Ring
   • 110 Nm 
   • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit:T10202 
10. Locking Ring
    • 110 Nm 
    • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit:T10202 
11. Sealing Flange
    • Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENSOR 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Seal
    • Always replace after removing
    • Install dry
13. Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
    • Checking the resistance values. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENSOR 2 -G169-, CHECKING .
    • Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENSOR 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
14. Support With Vacuum Booster Pump
    • No replacement part
    • Welded to the fuel tank
    • Function of suction jet pump. Refer to SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
