Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following:
- Do not clean the delivery module for the reducing agent with compressed air.
- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.
- All components must be dry before assembling.
- Coat the seals with lubricant before installing. Refer to the Parts information.
- Check the seals for damage.
-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.
-- Replace the shock absorber. Refer to -Item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Shock Absorber.
-- Replace the spacer sleeve. Refer to -Item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Spacer Sleeves.
-- Replace the seals. Refer to -Item ) OVERVIEW - REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE - Seal.
-- Position the reducing agent delivery module and push in the mount without tilting.
-- Apply the necessary force fully.
- There are markings located on the supply unit on the reducing agent tank.
- These markings -S1 to S3- show the tightening sequence.
- Replace the bolts.
The Delivery Module Is Replaced As Follows:

Adapt the adaptation value for the SCR system after draining reducing agent or replacing components. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
