EGR Cooler, Removing And Installing, Engine Codes CRFA, And CRFC: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following: 

• Replace the self-locking nuts and bolts, gaskets, seals and O-rings after removing.
• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts information.
• During installation, install all cable ties back at the same position.

-- Install the catalytic converter. Refer to PARTICULATE FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to COOLANT CIRCUIT FILLING AND BLEEDING: / COOLANT CIRCUIT FILLING AND BLEEDING [CRUA, DEJA] / COOLANT, FILLING (BLEEDING) [CNSB, CNTC] .
