Overview - Charge Air System

- Before testing or performing a repair, check all air guide pipes and hoses and all vacuum lines for leaks and secure seating.

- Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .
- Air Duct
- Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If there are small impressions on the slats, refer to REPAIR INFORMATION .
- Rubber Bushing
- For the charge air cooler
- Bolt
- 5.5 Nm
- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.

- Air Duct Hose
- Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
