-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

WARNING:

Fire hazards and risk of damage for a faulty engine cover.

  • The engine cover must be always be installed before the hood is closed.
  • The engine may neither be started nor driven without an engine cover.

-- Open the clamps -1 and 4- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Free up the coolant hose -arrow-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolt -3-.

-- Remove the coolant reservoir upward from the mount and move it towards the front.

-- Remove the connectors -1- from the bracket -2- disconnect them, and then free up the wires.

-- Unclip the mount upward.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and the double bolt -3- and then press the wiring guide -2- slightly forward.

-- Disconnect the connectors -2-.

-- Press the electrical wiring harness to the side.

-- Remove the affected bolt -1- and then remove the valve.
