Overview - Fuel Tank

- Cap
- Replace the seal if damaged.
- Bolt
- Fuel filler door unit with fuel filler door lock
- Tightening specification. Refer to DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION .
- Fuel Filler Door Unit
- With rubber cup
- Removing and installing. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Fuel Flap Lock
- Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Fuel Tank
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL TANK .
- Heat Shield
- Bolts
- 25 Nm
- Fuel tank mounting
- Mounting Strap
- Note the installation position
- Locking Ring
- Make sure it is secure
- Tightening specification -Item 1- in Figure.
- Gasket
- Install the dry seal into the opening in the fuel tank
- Coat the inside of seal with fuel only before installing the fuel delivery unit.
- Replace after removing
- Fuel Delivery Unit
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT .
- Fuel Pump, Checking. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
